Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Client Implementation Officer to drive the successful onboarding of new clients. You will coordinate across IT, HR, and Recruitment to ensure timely launches and resolve bottlenecks, delivering proactive risk mitigation.

This role requires 3–5 years in client implementations within outsourcing, strong communication and planning skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work setup available at Global One, Eastwood, Manila.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of prior experience in Client Implementations or Transition of new projects in an outsourcing setup.
• Experience in Operations Management, specifically in developing KPIs and team structures for voice and non‑voice operations.
• Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, Project Planning Tools, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of client onboarding, from initial scoping and planning to execution and final handover.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments such as IT, HR, and Recruitment to address bottlenecks.
• Develop comprehensive project plans focused on proactive risk mitigation and on‑time launch.
• Analyze successes and failures of each implementation to identify opportunities for process improvement and document best practices.
• Maintain clear, transparent communication with senior management and clients regarding project status and milestones.
