Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in IT project coordination, project management, PMO, account management, client services, or a related role.
• Experience supporting or coordinating software development, IT infrastructure, system implementation, or technology projects.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively follow up on tasks, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between clients, internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate IT projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to post-production support.
• Gather, clarify, analyze, and document client requirements, project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, and delivery trackers to ensure projects remain on track.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and overall delivery status.
• Coordinate with technical teams, developers, infrastructure teams, QA, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Schedule, organize, and facilitate project meetings, status reviews, stakeholder discussions, and client presentations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, project dashboards, action logs, and other project governance materials.
• Identify, track, and escalated project risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and change requests to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely resolution of outstanding project issues and dependencies.
• Manage client expectations through regular communication, progress updates, and proactive issue management.
• Coordinate project changes and ensure that scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables are properly documented and communicated.
• Support UAT, implementation, deployment, transition, and post-deployment activities as required.
• Ensure projects adhere to established project management methodologies, governance standards, quality processes, and organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure that project documentation is complete and up to date.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, delivery optimization, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Support project managers and delivery leads in ensuring projects are completed within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
