Job summary

One Php Technology is seeking a Project Management Associate to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly in Metro Manila. You will work with Project Managers, internal teams, and clients to coordinate activities, prepare documents, and communicate progress.

The role suits someone with early project management experience or a strong trainee background who is ready to grow toward a Project Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or trainee experience welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional emails.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and quality-check project documentation such as project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, trackers, and presentations.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and follow up with team members and stakeholders to keep work on track.
• Draft and send professional emails, status updates, and meeting summaries, and act as a point of coordination between internal teams and clients.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and scope, and flag risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to the Project Manager with proposed next steps.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and client sessions, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action items to closure.
• Develop and deliver pre-sales presentations, and support proposals, client briefings, and solution walkthroughs.
• Manage smaller project workstreams or assigned scopes with minimal supervision.
• Build strong working relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Handle client information, project documents, and internal company matters with confidentiality and integrity.
