Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development and systems integration initiatives across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.

You will organize Scrum ceremonies, assist the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, and drive milestones to ensure solution readiness. A PMO background, strong CI/CD understanding, and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in project management is a plus.
• 5+ years of direct experience in IT project management, focusing on software development and systems integration.
• 3+ years leading Scrum/Agile teams (e.g., Scrum Master or Agile PM).
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional software projects across web, mobile, core transactional systems, or enterprise integrations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams within a PMO structure is a plus.
• Experience guiding projects through deployment phases including UAT, migration, and multi-site rollouts.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies; familiarity with Waterfall milestones.
• Understanding of SDLC governance, CI/CD, Git, release management, and testing frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating the Scrum Events and organizing daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Supporting the Product Owner by maintaining a prioritized, well-defined backlog.
• Tracking milestones to ensure solution-readiness of projects.
• Preparing weekly status reports and presenting progress, risks, and upcoming work to stakeholders.
• Managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs through a structured change process.
• Identifying, allocating, and managing project resources, including team members.
• Leading and motivating teams to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and stay productive.
