Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visitor Management: Greets all visitors warmly and directs them to the appropriate departments.
• Inquiry Handling: Provides immediate assistance regarding park operations and questions from visitors.
• Conflict Resolution: Direct the concerns to respective departments involved.
• Queue Management: Ensures the lobby remains orderly and that customers are attended to promptly.
• Administrative Support: Manages the trunkline, receive official documents, and maintain visitor logbook and passes.
• Lobby Maintenance: Keeps the reception area clean, presentable, and stocked with forms or brochures.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
