Digital is seeking a Senior Client Services & Creative Project Manager (Full-time, Remote) to lead client relationships and translate requirements into clear briefs for our creative teams.

You will coordinate designers, copywriters, strategists, and developers, manage timelines and feedback, and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and client expectations in a fast-paced remote setup.

We are looking for a Senior Client Services & Creative Project Manager (Full-time, Remote) with strong experience managing clients and delivering creative, marketing, or digital projects. This role will serve as the main bridge between clients and internal creative teams by translating requirements into clear briefs, managing feedback and timelines, and ensuring work is polished and ready for client delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, creative project management, or marketing project management.
• Experience working in an agency, creative studio, digital marketing, advertising, content, or production environment.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
• Proven ability to manage creative or marketing projects from briefing through final delivery.
• Good creative judgment and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable reviewing creative work and providing constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and project-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
