Our Clients is hiring a Project Manager to lead delivery across a portfolio of creative and digital programs. You will own timelines, teams, and stakeholder alignment from start to finish, establishing governance and driving excellence in project management.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, set delivery models, coach leaders, monitor KPIs, and support business development with delivery insights. Excellent communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in project and program management within creative, marketing, or digital delivery.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and large-scale delivery programs.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, team leadership, governance, and operational design.
• Experience with reporting, compliance oversight, and delivery process improvement.
• A strategic mindset, with hands-on experience in resource management and execution.

About the Role

The role connects business priorities to day-to-day execution, streamlines delivery workflows, and builds a culture of excellence in project management.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a portfolio of large-scale creative and marketing programs spanning multiple functions and regions
• Set project success measures and shape delivery models that fit client and business needs
• Coach and manage a team of project leads, analysts, and coordinators
• Build and roll out delivery governance frameworks, communication plans, and standard operating procedures
• Oversee resource planning, utilization forecasting, and performance tracking
• Present delivery performance in business reviews, stakeholder forums, and leadership councils
• Spot and drive process improvements across the project management function
• Uphold operational compliance, creative production standards, and service level agreements
• Support business development by advising on delivery approach and proposal development

A Typical Day Includes

• Running weekly delivery reviews, risk calls, and executive status updates
• Tracking timelines, budgets, and quality across all programs
• Coaching team members and resolving escalations and delivery bottlenecks
• Reviewing dashboards, reports, and KPIs to gauge delivery health
• Maintaining governance routines and portfolio documentation
• Leading training sessions, performance conversations, and team workshops

What You Bring

• 4 to 5 years of experience in project and program management within creative, marketing, or digital delivery
• A track record of leading cross-functional teams and large-scale delivery programs
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, team leadership, governance, and operational design
• Experience with reporting, compliance oversight, and delivery process improvement
