The Client Delivery Manager will oversee day-to-day execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain delivery hygiene to ensure quality, on-time outcomes, and predictable client value.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years in project/delivery/program management.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead delivery across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery execution across assigned accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and at required quality standards.
• Lead delivery planning, prioritization, milestones, and capacity coordination with internal teams to meet client objectives.
• Maintain delivery hygiene with timelines, dependencies, workflows, operating rhythms, and documentation.
• Monitor delivery progress via dashboards and reports; identify and mitigate risks to protect client satisfaction.
• Own delivery health signals, including utilization trends and SLA adherence, and feed into Client Health Score.
• Lead internal cross-functional delivery coordination to clarify ownership and reduce friction.
• Partner with CPs and CSMs to support value realization and expansion readiness.
• Facilitate internal stand-ups and client delivery check-ins; document actions and decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding of new projects and team members with process orientation and tooling setup.
• Support delivery quality by reviewing outputs and reducing rework; promote standard practices.
