Job summary

2X is seeking a Client Delivery Manager (CDM) responsible for day-to-day delivery across assigned client accounts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain delivery momentum, and ensure quality, scope adherence, and alignment to delivery standards.

The role combines project management with execution oversight, focusing on delivery hygiene, risk mitigation, and client outcomes while collaborating with Client Partners, Client Success Managers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years in project, delivery or program management.
• Experience interacting with clients directly.
• Ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience planning timelines, handling risks and dependencies.
• Familiarity with common project management tools.
• Able to manage several projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery execution across assigned accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time and to quality standards.
• Lead delivery planning, prioritization, milestones, and capacity in partnership with internal teams.
• Maintain delivery hygiene with timelines, dependencies, workflows, and communication.
• Monitor progress via dashboards, trackers, and reports; identify and mitigate risks early.
• Own delivery health signals and contribute to Client Health Score inputs.
• Coordinate internal delivery across functions and reduce friction or rework.
• Partner with Client Partners and Client Success Managers to ensure outcomes and expansion readiness.
• Facilitate internal delivery stand-ups and client delivery check-ins with documented actions.
• Oversee onboarding of new projects and delivery team members and setup tooling.
• Support QA and identify opportunities to improve delivery execution.
• Assist onboarding and knowledge sharing across delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows to strengthen execution.
