Job summary

Newcore Industries International Inc. is seeking a civil/structural engineer or architect to support CSA projects. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and the ability to read structural drawings and prepare BOQs and cost estimates.

Collaboration with engineers, architects, and contractors to meet deadlines is essential. On-site work is expected in the Philippines. Experience with materials, methods, and specifications, plus strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction/engineering experience.
• Experience in CSA works, design, quantity take-off, costing or estimation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with ability to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods and specifications.
• Ability to prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates and technical documents.
• Familiar with structural and architectural plans and coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination with engineers, architects, contractors.
• Willing to work on-site and meet project deadlines.
• PRC license is an advantage.
