Job summary

The incumbent will coordinate with consultants, manage budgets, prepare BOQs and cost estimates, and oversee site inspections to deliver quality on time, while advancing CSR and environmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute construction activities in compliance with codes, safety and government regulations.
• Inspect project sites to ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
• Direct civil, interiors, painting, carpentry, and infrastructure works at the site.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyse survey reports, maps, drawings, and topographical data to plan projects.
• Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site.
• Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and elevations.
• Prepare or present reports such as Bill of Quantities and cost estimates.
• Test soils and materials to determine foundation adequacy and strength.
• Provide technical advice on design, construction, or program modifications.
• Oversee CSR and Fit-Out activities, site visits, and cost estimation.
• Track budgets, indents, and invoices related to civil activities.
