Job summary

ALC Group of Companies in Laguna, Philippines, seeks a Civil Engineering professional to oversee construction and development activities for mausoleum, garden, and presidential niches, coordinating with the Engineering and Park Development Team.

The role requires site surveying, layout, AutoCAD proficiency, permit acquisition, and clear communication with clients, branches, contractors, and central engineering to ensure work meets approved designs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and licensed Civil Engineer.
• Experience in civil construction, site supervision, or land development.
• Proficient in site surveying, layout, AutoCAD, project progress reporting, contractor oversight, and securing permits.
• Strong communication skills to liaise between clients, branch management, contractors, and central engineering.
• High attention to detail for maintaining permanent construction registries and ensuring designs are followed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor construction and development activities with Engineering and Park Development Team.
• Aid the Engineering and Park Development Team in land surveying and layout work when necessary.
• Develop and prepare certifications for work accomplishments.
• Ensure licenses/permits for construction projects are secured and submitted.
• Maintain permanent records of mausoleum and niches with owner, contractor, cost and date of construction.
• Supervise and prepare weekly status reports of all projects undertaken by the Engineering and Park Development Team.
• Coordinate and oversee construction of outside contractors and in-house construction.
• Maintain sets of plans for mausoleum, garden and presidential niches.
• Aid Branch Manager/Marketing Staff in dealing with clients interested in building garden and presidential niches by handling technical aspects of the structure.
• Oversee the interment and maintenance process of the park with Interment & Maintenance Supervisor.
