Job summary

ALC Group of Companies is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise park and mausoleum construction projects in Batangas. The role focuses on ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all development activities.

You will coordinate with Central Engineering, assist in land surveying, prepare work certifications, and maintain detailed construction documentation. Strong communication and leadership are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of Civil Engineering.
• With 1–2 years experience in civil engineering duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and monitors construction and development activities in coordination with Central Engineering Group.
• Assists Central Engineering Group in land surveying and lay-out works when necessary.
• Prepares certifications of work accomplishments and ensures licenses/permits are secured.
• Maintains sets of plans for garden, mausoleum, and niches with approvals.
• Coordinates with contractors and in-house teams for project progress and status reports.
• Monitors construction activity with prior approvals from Central Eng’g Group.
