Hong Ye Rental and Construction Dba Hong Ye Construction is seeking a Civil Project Engineer (Civil Engineering Technician / Estimator Background) in the Philippines. The role focuses on on-site coordination, estimating, and project controls to ensure quality and timely completion.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed civil engineer with strong AutoCAD and Excel skills, able to manage crews, coordinate with subcontractors and owners, and prepare detailed daily reports and cost estimates.

Qualificações

• Licensed civil engineer in the Philippines (PRC) or abroad.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel. MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Site work: layout, inspection of rebar, formwork, and concrete, etc QA/QC; daily reports.
• Estimating: quantity takeoffs, unit-cost pricing, bid packages, change order pricing, vendor quotes.
• Project controls: schedules, progress billing, submittals, RFIs, document control.
• Procurement of materials and equipment.
• Site coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and owners.
• Management of crews and equipment on site.

Requirements
