JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitors and supervises interment crews and interment activities.
- Supervises and checks layout and preparation of interment site.
- Conducts inspections and periodic checking of all device and equipment to be used for park operations.
- Prepares daily and weekly assignments/schedules of Operation Crews.
MEMORIAL SERVICES
- Coordinates with the person in-charge arrangement of interment and/or cremation schedule.
MAINTENANCE
- Supervises crews in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the park.

- Ensures that the park rules are properly implemented and followed.
PARK DEVELOPMENT
- Oversees and monitors all constructions and development activities in coordination with Central Engineering Group.
- Assists Central Engineering Group in land surveying, lay-out works when necessary.
- Prepares certification for work accomplishments.
- Ensures that all documents such as licenses/permits needed for construction project are secured and submitted.
- Sees to it that all construction activity are with prior approval from Central Eng`g Group.
- Maintains a permanent record of all mausoleum and niches constructed. Information must include owner, contractor, cost and date of construction.
ASSISTS IN CONSTRUCTION OF GARDEN AND PRESIDENTIAL NICHE
- Monitors, coordinates and/or oversees construction of outside contractors and in-house construction.
- Prepares cost-estimates of repairs and minor construction projects in coordination with Central Engineering.
- Maintains sets of plans (approved by Central Eng`g.) for garden and presidential niches.
- Prepares certification of work accomplishments.
ASSISTS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF MAUSOLEUM
- Assists the Branch Manager/Marketing Staff in dealing with clients who are interested to build mausoleum by handling technical aspects of the structure.
- Coordinates/communicates the submitted plan/design preferred by clients to Central Engineering for their appropriate action.

- Supervises/oversees and prepares weekly status report of all projects being undertaken by the Central Engineering Group
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be graduate of Civil Engineering.
- With at least 1-2 years experience in civil engineering duties.
