Job summary

A local construction firm in Misamis Oriental is seeking a Park Development professional to oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage teams, ensure compliance with permits and approvals, and maintain project records. Applicants must be licensed Civil Engineers with at least 1-2 years of experience in construction. Job description

Park Development

• Must be graduate of BS Civil Engineering (Licensed)
• Knowledgeable in construction and people management with at least 1-2 years of work-related experience
• Willing to work inCagayan De Oro, Bulua

Park Development

Oversee and monitor all construction and development activities in coordination with Engineering and Park Development Team.

• Aid the Engineering and Park Development Team in Land surveying and layout works, when necessary.
• Develop and prepare certification for work accomplishments.
• Ensure that all documents such as licenses/permits needed from construction projects are secured and submitted.
• See to it that all construction activities are with prior approval from Engineering and Park Development Team.
• Maintain a permanent record of all mausoleum and niches constructed. Information must include owner, contractor, cost and date of construction.
• Supervise/oversee and prepare weekly status report of all projects being undertaken by the Engineering and Park Development Team.
• Performs all other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Supervise in Construction of Mausoleum, Garden and Presidential Niche

• Keep track coordinate, coordinate and/or oversee construction of outside contractors and in-house construction.
• Maintain sets of mausoleum, garden, and presidential niches.
• Develop and prepare certification of work accomplishments.
• Aid the branch Manager/Marketing Staff in dealing in clients who are interested to build garden and presidential niche by handling technical aspects of the structure.
• Work with/communicate the submitted plan/design preferred by clients to Central Engineering for appropriate action.
• Performs all other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Interment & Maintenance

• Oversee the interment and maintenance process of the park in coordination with the Internment & Maintenance Supervisor
• Performs all other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
