A construction firm is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee project sites from start to finish. The role involves organizing construction materials, ensuring safety, and preparing cost estimates. Ideal candidates should have a professional engineering license, at least one year of experience, and good knowledge of software such as AutoCAD. This position requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual willing to travel to various sites in Metro Manila. Immediate start is preferred.

Competenze

• Must possess a Professional License in Engineering (Civil).
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to travel to any Baseline Construction sites – Metro Manila areas.
• Can start ASAP.

• Supervise project site from beginning to end.

• Prepares cost estimates and ensures availability of materials and tools.
• Provides technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects.

• Supervises project site from beginning to end and manages parts of construction materials and construction machinery.
• Oversees project building and other scopes of work of the construction workers.
• Organizes materials and ensures sites are safe and clean.
• Prepares cost estimates and ensures appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Provides technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Prepares and submits Engineer’s Reports and other reports as required by the PIC.
• Report to PIC any work irregularities and disruptions causing project delays.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil)
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Willing and able to travel to any BCC sites – Metro Manila areas
• Can start ASAP
