Job summary

Commdata Technologies Inc. is seeking a site civil works coordinator to oversee civil activities for a solar power plant project in Nueva Ecija, Philippines. You will organize site leveling, piling, roads, drainage, culverts, and foundations to meet contract requirements.

You will conduct surveying and setting-out, plan workflow, and ensure quality control. You will supervise safety and progress, coordinate with the general contractor’s site engineers, and maintain clear communication to resolve

Responsibilities

• 1、Responsible for organizing and managing civil works related to the solar power plant construction (site leveling, piling, roads, drainage ditches, culverts, foundations, etc.);
• 2、Carry out construction surveying, setting-out, workflow arrangements, and quality control in accordance with the requirements of the general contractor;
• 3、Assist in construction progress management, quantity statistics, and preparation of variation/claim documentation;
• 4、Supervise the construction team’s safety, quality, and progress, and coordinate to resolve on-site issues;
• 5、Maintain good communication with the general contractor’s site engineers to ensure that construction complies with contract requirements and technical specifications.
