Job summary

Marcventures Mining & Development Corporation is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer in the Philippines to lead the day-to-day civil works and SDMP projects. The role involves preparing BOQ, BOM, cost estimates, and project schedules, while monitoring contractor performance, progress, and safety compliance.

You will conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Oversee day-to-day handling and supervision of civil works and SDMP projects.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bills of Materials (BOM), cost estimates, and project schedules.
Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet project goals.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per approved plans and specs.
Prepare project reports and maintain accurate project records.
Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.
