The role requires strong Excel, data analytics, and project management skills, plus experience leading teams and coordinating across functions to enable governance, reporting, and rapid value realization for a large user base.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, data visualization.
• Strong project management ability with initiative and independence.
• Experience transforming large datasets into insights.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional tasks.

Responsibilities

• Track AI tools across lifecycle and support governance.
• Lead a small team of project admins/associates for service delivery.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and status reports.
• Identify process improvements to reduce time-to-value.
• Analyze data from multiple sources for reporting accuracy.
• Stakeholder management and presenting findings.
