EY Philippines is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead the AI & Data team within Technology Consulting. The role focuses on shaping the practice, building client relationships, and delivering cutting-edge AI and data solutions that transform client businesses.

You will lead projects across data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML, guide teams through solution design, and drive thought leadership in the field. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI modelling.
• A university degree or Master’s in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and related data-analysis tools.
• Strong cloud, big data, and AI/ML expertise for complex transformations.
• Ability to sell and deliver large-scale consulting engagements with distributed delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the AI & Data practice of GDS Philippines.
• Oversee end-to-end AI & Data projects from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
• Architect solutions for large transformative deals in technology.
• Own key regional accounts and grow GDS Consulting involvement.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in AI & Data forums locally and globally.
• Mentor and groom leaders, including women leaders, within the team.
