Qualifications

• As a Strategic/Project Resource, you will operate with high ownership and independence to provide decision support for the Office of the CIO.
• You will act as a Team Leader, overseeing operational tasks while focusing on the strategic implementation of the end-to-end AI tool lifecycle, from demand intake to value realization.
• This role requires a proactive individual capable of navigating an evolving operating model with high leadership visibility.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and project management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Track AI tools across lifecycle stages and support governance efforts to minimize tool sprawl and costs.
• Lead and coordinate tasks for a small team of project administrators/associates to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain executive-level status reports, metrics, and dashboards to track technology adoption and usage trends.
• Identify process improvements to reduce time-to-value and support change management across users.
