Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting agency in the Philippines, partners with a multinational semiconductor company to recruit a Chief Information Officer based in Laguna. The role encompasses end-to-end IT leadership across two Calabarzon facilities, overseeing MES, OT, ERP, and infrastructure, while aligning with corporate IT strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline is mandatory.
• Extensive leadership experience in IT leadership roles within manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end ownership of the technology landscape across two manufacturing facilities in Calabarzon, including IT infrastructure, network operations, applications, MES, and OT.
• Serve as the highest-level IT contact for site leadership and business stakeholders, translating requirements into IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with corporate IT to ensure site priorities support the broader technology strategy.
• Ensure availability, reliability, security, and continuity of IT services across both sites.
• Manage and develop the site IT organization, including budgeting, recruitment, and performance management.
• Oversee IT service delivery, vendor engagements, and project execution within scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain site IT cybersecurity, compliance with governance frameworks, and readiness for SOX audits.
• Lead changes in production environments with proper change management and documentation.
