Lennor Metier Consulting, partnering with a multinational semiconductor company in the Philippines, is seeking a Chief Information Officer based in Laguna. The CIO will lead IT strategy across two sites, covering IT infrastructure, manufacturing systems, OT, and enterprise applications, with a focus on reliability, security, and business continuity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with manufacturing exposure
• 3–5 years in leadership roles
• English proficiency; Tagalog preferred
• Experience in manufacturing/ semiconductor environments
• Knowledge of MES/SCADA/OT infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT landscape for two facilities in Calabarzon, including IT infrastructure, network operations, MES, ERP, and OT
• Lead IT strategy, budget, and governance in partnership with site leadership
• Ensure availability, reliability, security, and continuity of IT services
• Manage site IT organization, vendor contracts, and project delivery
• Drive change management and business continuity planning
