Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting agency in the Philippines, partners with a multinational semiconductor company in Laguna to recruit a Chief Information Officer. The CIO will own the technology landscape across two Calabarzon sites, including IT infra, MES, OT, ERP, and warehouse systems, ensuring availability and security of IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years in IT with 3–5 years in leadership/management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• English proficiency; Tagalog preferred.
• Experience leading IT in manufacturing/semiconductor environments.
• Knowledge of MES/SCADA/Warehouse/OT infrastructure.
• Ability to work with corporate IT to enforce standards.
• Experience with IT security, CAB, and change management.
• Proven vendor, budget, and project management experience.
• Willingness for after-hours and weekend maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology landscape across two Calabarzon sites (Cavite & Laguna).
• Lead IT infrastructure, network, manufacturing systems, MES and OT.
• Partner with GM and site leaders; translate requirements into IT initiatives.
• Ensure availability, reliability, security and continuity of IT services.
• Align site priorities with corporate IT strategy and standards.
• Develop the site IT team including recruitment and development.
• Oversee IT service delivery, vendors, contracts, and projects.
• Manage budgets, purchasing and asset lifecycle for IT.
• Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure SOX/compliance readiness; support audits with safety teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using metrics and incident data.
