Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ months experience in CIC reporting, data entry, or admin work is ideal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate, encode, validate, and submit CIC reports within schedules and deadlines.
• Gather data from relevant departments and records.
• Review CIC data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission.
• Identify and coordinate correction of missing or inconsistent information.
• Ensure submissions comply with CIC requirements and formats.
• Monitor submission status and maintain records of reports, corrections, and resubmissions.
• Coordinate with departments on data discrepancies and CIC concerns.
• Assist in CIC inquiries, clarifications, and information requests.
• Maintain confidential CIC files and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Keep updated on CIC reporting changes and schedules.
• Assist in internal checks, reconciliations, and audits for CIC reports.
• Other tasks may be assigned.
