Job summary

First Datacorp is seeking an organized Accountant to prepare and record financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and tax regulations. You will support month-end and year-end closings, maintain accurate ledgers, and ensure timely and compliant financial reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years of accounting experience, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Philippine tax laws. Onsite work in Makati, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in general accounting, financial reporting, bookkeeping, or tax compliance.
• Understanding of Philippine tax laws, compliance requirements, and regulatory filings (e.g., PFRS).
• Working knowledge of general ledger functions, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
