2GO Group is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor who will be the strategic engine behind smarter financial decisions, turning complex data into insights that guide the company’s growth.

You will lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance, partnering with stakeholders to drive process improvements and strengthen financial integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA, MBA, or CMA credentials are preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, reporting, or FP&A.
• Strong business partnering abilities, including stakeholder management and/or account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Coordinate with teams to perform complex financial analysis and prepare summary reports; prepare reports related to operating results, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts for senior management; create supporting documents for all financial reports; work with departments to prepare recurring financial reporting packages.

What you’ll do

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Coordinate with various teams to perform complex financial analysis and prepare summary reports.
• Prepare reports related to operating results, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts for senior management.
• Create supporting documents and schedules for all financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work with different departments to prepare recurring financial reporting packages.

Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

• Monitor compliance with all reporting requirements.
• File quarterly forms in accordance with current regulations.
• Document new rules and changes in regulatory requirements.

Process Documentation & Standardization

• Create and maintain documentation for financial report generation.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls to support the integration of closing processes and financial activities.

Process Improvement & Project Support

• Contribute to project implementation activities.
• Support process efficiency initiatives.
• Assist in new business activities or expansions.

Educational Background
