Responsibilities

• Translate Mandarin to English and vice versa.
• Assist Chinese managers and local employees in communication.
• Interpret during meetings, trainings, and daily operations.
• Translate documents, emails, and production instructions.
• Help explain production and quality requirements to workers.
• Support different departments in communication needs.
• Accompany Chinese visitors or clients when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Help solve communication misunderstandings.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Business, or any related field is preferred

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (Filipino/Bisaya is an advantage).

• Proven experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in a manufacturing or garments setting.

• Strong understanding of garments production processes is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
