Job summary

Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (Chiller) in Santa Maria, Bulacan. This full-time role focuses on keeping refrigeration equipment operating at peak efficiency and reliability across our facilities.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, replace worn parts, maintain logs, and assist with new chiller installations while upholding strict safety standards and collaboration with other teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Strong knowledge of chiller systems and refrigeration cycles.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing refrigeration equipment with proper tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Commitment to safety practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on chiller units and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in chillers.
• Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators and refrigerant lines.
• Replace worn parts, seals and valves as needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs and document work performed on chillers.
• Repair chiller units minimizing downtime and ensure safety.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new chillers.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency service calls promptly.
• Collaborate with technicians and other departments for smooth operations.
