Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial equipment in Cavite. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs following established procedures under supervision.

Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure efficient operation of building systems and compliance with safety standards, while supporting energy management initiatives and clear communication in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• NC2 Domrac with 1-2 years of job-related experience (or combination of experience and education).
• Ability to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
