Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration units, HVAC systems, conveyors, and related equipment per schedules.
• Diagnose malfunctions and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.
• Repair, adjust, and replace components like compressors, motors, sensors, valves, and control panels.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies to mitigate risks and disruptions.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify issues and report findings to supervisors.
• Maintain spare parts and tools inventory; monitor stock and requisition supplies.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation for compliance.

Education

Certification in refrigeration systems or HVAC-R
