Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Head of Technology Strategy and Planning to shape enterprise technology delivery, align business priorities with IT capabilities, and oversee governance, budgeting, and KPI tracking. You will lead a small team including a UI/UX designer, delivering structured roadmaps and executive-level reporting.

You will drive modernization initiatives, manage partnerships, and ensure design systems and user-centered workflows across platforms.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology planning.
Strong capabilities in managing partner-led delivery engagements and delivering value from strategic partnerships.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles, design systems, user journey mapping, and usability evaluation.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PLUK’s enterprise technology strategy roadmap up to 3 years.
Lead quarterly performance and business reviews (QPBR) for the CITO and executive audiences.
Create executive-level presentations for ExCo, Board committees, regulators and Townhalls.
Lead end-to-end planning, definition, and tracking of Technology KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic outcomes.
Oversee annual IT budgeting cycles (CAPEX/OPEX) and forecasting.
Drive portfolio governance and risk assessments; ensure adherence to standards.
Oversee UI/UX governance and ensure customer experience alignment across platforms.
Manage and grow a team (2+ people); build cross-functional routines across business and technology.
