As Head of Engineering and Business Analysis, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a department within Technology, with a department representing a group of sections working towards a common objective or goals. Head of Engineering and Business analysis plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective delivery of Technology services and solutions. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, as well as the ability to align Technology efforts with business goals.
You will be responsible for building a sound IT strategic framework that provides a holistic view of PLUK’s IT assets as well as the portfolio of technology programs and initiatives that are aligned with business strategy. This includes monitoring mechanisms to track financial and well as non-financial performance metrics for each strategic KPIs.
The responsibilities include defining the scope of testing, designing test plans and strategies, and ensuring that all testing objectives are met. The role demands proficiency in various testing methodologies, including automation and performance testing, as well as a strong understanding of software development life cycles.
