Job summary

Prudential seeks a Head of Engineering and Business Analysis to oversee a Technology department, driving strategic IT initiatives that align with business goals. You will lead multiple squads, build scalable IT governance, and mentor teams delivering complex systems.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and proficiency across SDLC, testing, automation, and performance engineering to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math/Management.
• Extensive SDLC knowledge and experience.
• Proven leadership in IT projects or services.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to align IT efforts with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop team members to improve productivity.
• Develop and execute IT Tribe’s strategic plans aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify priorities and goals.
• Oversee delivery of IT Tribe products and projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage resources including budget and personnel.
• Promote Agile practices and continuous improvement.
