Job summary

New Media Services is seeking a commercially driven Chief Commercial Officer to lead end-to-end revenue growth across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success from our Baguio-based team. You will shape strategy, drive lead generation, and oversee client acquisition and retention.

You will translate market insights into scalable commercial programs, manage budgets, pricing, and CAC, and partner with the CEO to align with growth targets and profitability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior commercial leadership, business development, sales, or revenue management, preferably in the BPO, outsourcing, or related B2B services industry.
• Proven track record of managing the full commercial client lifecycle, encompassing marketing and lead generation, new business acquisition, client relationship management, retention, upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring B2B clients, growing recurring revenue, expanding existing accounts, and achieving commercial growth targets.
• Experience leading or overseeing Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success or Account Management functions.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, commercial negotiations, contract development, and strategic account management.
• Experience managing revenue forecasts, commercial budgets, pricing strategies, customer acquisition costs, and account profitability.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy gross margins and sustainable client profitability.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to translate commercial strategy into actionable plans, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, improve profitability, and achieve business targets.
• Marketing & Lead Generation: Oversee marketing initiatives, brand positioning, demand generation, and qualified sales pipeline development.
• Sales & Client Acquisition: Lead new business development, sales strategy, negotiations, proposals, and client acquisition.
• Customer Success & Retention: Strengthen client relationships, minimize churn, and improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Account Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, additional contracted seats/FTEs, and expanded service engagements.
• Commercial Performance: Monitor revenue, pipeline, acquisition costs, account profitability, and other KPIs to guide decisions and improve results.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success with company objectives and collaborate with executive leadership on growth priorities.
