Responsibilities include strategy development, negotiations with landlords, end-to-end site onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful openings and cost-efficient portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at managerial or director level in property acquisition, site expansion, or real estate management.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking with ability to analyze markets and drive expansion decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of legal, zoning, and regulatory requirements for property acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Expansion Strategy & Planning: develop and implement the expansion roadmap.
• Identify strategic locations for new branches based on market analysis and objectives.
• Site Acquisition & Negotiation: lead scouting, feasibility studies, and landlord negotiations.
• Project Coordination & Execution: manage permits, legal requirements, and fit-out coordination.
• Portfolio & Property Management: maintain ownership/lease portfolio and optimize costs.
• Market Research & Analysis: monitor trends and present insights to senior management.
