We are partnering with a financial services organisation in the Philippines to appoint a Chief Product & Technology Officer—a hands‑on leader who can accelerate innovation while building secure, reliable and scalable financial platforms.

This opportunity is open to established executives and high-potential product and technology leaders ready to step into a broader C-suite mandate.

The opportunity

You will shape an integrated product and technology strategy, translate business priorities into a practical delivery roadmap, and lead multidisciplinary teams building digital financial products and partner-facing capabilities.

Your mandate will include:

• Driving product innovation across payments, lending and digital banking.
• Accelerating engineering delivery, API integrations and partner launches.
• Strengthening platform architecture, production reliability, security and release quality.
• Exploring practical AI applications and new commercial opportunities.
• Building accountable product, engineering, QA and technology teams.
• Working closely with executive leadership, commercial, operations, risk and compliance teams to connect technology investment with business outcomes.

Who we’re looking for

• A track record leading both product and engineering/technology functions within banking, fintech, payments, digital lending or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of APIs, software architecture, cloud infrastructure and production operations.
• Experience launching regulated financial products and managing delivery, security and operational risk.
• The ability to balance speed, customer value, commercial impact and regulatory readiness.
• Typically 15+ years of relevant experience, including significant multidisciplinary leadership.
• A practical, commercially minded leadership style—low ego, high ownership and strong execution.

We are particularly interested in senior product and engineering leaders who can demonstrate readiness for an integrated executive role. A previous C-suite title is not essential; evidence of cross-functional ownership and delivery matters.
