Job summary

The Medical City (TMC) Clinic is seeking a strategic Primary Care Physician Officer to lead the operational performance of our physician workforce across 71 clinics. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, the role ensures physician availability, optimizes primary care operations, and strengthens HMO partnerships to drive clinical revenue.

You will guide recruitment priorities, oversee attendance and deployment of PCPs, and collaborate with clinic managers, Finance, and Medical Affairs

Qualifications

• MD with valid PRC license.
• Master’s in Hospital Administration or MBA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years in progressive leadership in clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physician attendance, engagement, and reliever physician deployment across all clinics.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring adequate PCP coverage and efficient clinic operations.
• Lead physician manpower planning and direct recruitment priorities to maintain a strong PCP pipeline.
• Manage HMO accreditation, compliance, and physician-related partnerships.
• Improve clinical documentation, revenue integrity, and operational performance through data-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinic managers, Finance, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
