Job summary

Care Center Clinic seeks a qualified physician to lead clinical and administrative duties as Head of Facility. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of patient care.

Strong collaboration across teams and a focus on quality improvement are essential. The role requires an MD with active PRC license, experience in community health, and familiarity with healthcare IT systems.

Qualifications

• MD degree with active PRC license.
• Accredited PhilHealth Care Professional / YAKAP/KONSULTA.
• Experience in Community Health or LGU-based practice is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, digital health solutions, or process improvement methodologies (preferred).
• Strong interest or background in healthcare innovation, medical technology, or research.

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical consultations, diagnosis and treatment for patients.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses; prescribe medications with rational use.
• Promote preventive care and health education; maintain medical records.
• Oversee facility operations, staff scheduling, and workflow as Head of Facility.
• Supervise and mentor healthcare staff; ensure compliance with PhilHealth policies.
