Job summary

Premiere Medical and Cardiovascular Laboratory Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a qualified Medical Technologist to join our clinical lab team.

You will perform routine laboratory testing, ensure accurate sample processing, and uphold quality standards under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a Registered Medical Technologist with a BS MT, has excellent phlebotomy skills, prior rotation experience, and shows initiative in a fast-paced environment while potentially taking on

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology
• Must be a Registered Medical Technologist
• Drug Analyst is an advantage
• With work experience (preferably as a Generalist: rotation in CC, Hema, CM/Para & Sero)
• Has excellent phlebotomy skills
• Preferably has managerial experience & decision-making skill
• Highly efficient, can multitask and can handle a great amount of workload (processing of samples plus paperwork)
• Has initiative and able to work in a fast paced environment; has attention to detail
• Able to work competently with minimal supervision
• Approachable, courteous, and has integrity
• Organized and able to delegate tasks and oversee clinical laboratory staff
