Job summary

Premiere Medical and Cardiovascular Laboratory Inc. invites a qualified Medical Technologist to join our team as a licensed RMT.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science and brings strong phlebotomy skills along with experience as a generalist. Exposure to CC, Hematology, Clinical Microscopy/Parasitology, Serology, and supervision of clinical laboratory staff is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science.
• Licensed Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) is required.
• Drug Analyst certification is an advantage.
• Experience as Medical Technologist Generalist with exposure to CC, Hematology, Clinical Microscopy/Parasitolgy, and Serology preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills are required.
• Managerial or supervisory experience with good decision-making skills preferred.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks including lab work and documentation.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional, approachable, courteous and trustworthy.
