Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior finance leader in the Philippines (Metro Manila/Taguig) to steer the finance function, partner with the executive team and drive sustainable growth for a leading FMCG group.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and governance, develop a high-performing finance team, manage external stakeholders, and lead strategic commercial initiatives to optimise revenue, margins and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function, providing strategic financial leadership and partnering with the executive team to drive business growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes, ensuring accurate and timely insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure robust financial governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control frameworks are maintained in line with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Drive commercial finance initiatives by delivering actionable analysis and recommendations that optimise revenue, margins, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including auditors, banking partners, and regulators, while supporting strategic projects, business transformation initiatives, and investment decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Finance Professional Should Have

• CPA with proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive position within a complex, multinational, or consumer-facing organisation.
• A strong track record of developing and executing financial strategies that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and influence decision-making at executive and board level.
