CFO / Finance Transformation Leader – Philippines

Prism Consulting is supporting a leading global FMCG organisation in hiring a senior CFO / Finance Transformation Leader to drive finance strategy, transformation and business performance across the Philippines.

This is a strategic leadership role combining CFO advisory, finance transformation, commercial leadership and operational finance, with responsibility for strengthening finance capabilities, driving digital transformation and partnering with senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance strategy and transformation agenda, partnering with the CFO, leadership team and business stakeholders.
• Drive transformation across FP&A, RTR, OTC, PTP, GBS and financial controls.
• Lead finance technology and automation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA, AI/Agentic AI and process intelligence.
• Oversee local accounting, statutory compliance, PEZA, BIR and SEC requirements.
• Strengthen financial reporting, governance, forecasting, controls and performance management.
• Develop business cases and transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable commercial value.
• Lead and develop high-performing finance teams across a complex, multinational environment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and influence strategic business decisions.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a senior finance / transformation leader with:

• Strong experience in CFO advisory, Finance Transformation or senior controllership roles.
• Background in FMCG or other multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting, statutory compliance and PEZA regulations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, digital finance, automation and AI-enabled transformation.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
