Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA license highly preferred for leadership roles.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience leading finance for a group of companies or multi-entity structure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and cash flow management.
• Establish and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for entities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, investments, and overall financial position.
• Review and analyze financial statements and management reports across all companies.
• Strengthen financial policies, internal controls, and risk management systems.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and government requirements.
• Oversee tax planning, statutory filings, audits, and coordination with external auditors.
• Improve profitability, cost efficiency, and financial sustainability.
• Evaluate major investments, capex, financing needs, and other significant decisions.
• Lead, manage, and develop the Finance and Accounting team.

Lead and oversee the overall financial operations of the Group of Companies. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives, and provide Management with accurate financial analysis, insights, and recommendations for business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and cash flow management
• Establish and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the different entities
• Monitor the Group's cash flow, working capital, investments, and overall financial position
• Review and analyze financial statements and management reports across all companies
• Establish and strengthen financial policies, internal controls, and risk management systems
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and government financial requirements
• Oversee tax planning, statutory filings, audits, and coordination with external auditors and regulatory agencies
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and financial sustainability
• Evaluate major investments, capital expenditures, financing requirements, and other significant financial decisions
• Lead, manage, and develop the Finance and Accounting team across the Group

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• CPA license is highly preferred
• At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, with significant experience in a senior management or leadership role
• Experience handling the finance function of a group of companies, multiple entities, or business units is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, taxation, budgeting, treasury, and financial reporting
• Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and internal controls
• Experience in dealing with external auditors, banks, government agencies, and other financial institutions
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
