• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, risk management, and crisis resolution across the organization.
• Act as the face of the company, building strategic networks and representing the group with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Foster innovation and solutions-oriented thinking to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed to oversee branches and attend key events or business meetings.
