Job summary

The role partners with Partners and senior leadership to shape strategy, manage governance, and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, risk management, and client value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, MIS, Accounting, or related field.
Preferred: MBA or equivalent with focus on digital transformation or AI.
Proven experience leading enterprise transformation and strategic change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and roadmaps.
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate business processes.
Promote innovation, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Engage senior leaders and partners to drive change and adoption.
