ADVANCE.AI in the Philippines seeks a Head of D2C to lead end-to-end consumer business, own growth strategy, product commercialization, and operational execution with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on launching and scaling the consumer business, driving partnerships with banks, fintechs, and e-commerce platforms, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in D2C, consumer internet, fintech, or similar consumer businesses.
• At least 5 years in P&L ownership or business unit leadership.
• Track record of launching or scaling high-growth D2C/digital consumer ventures.
• Strong capabilities in consumer marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing and digital growth.

Responsibilities

• Own D2C P&L, growth strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
• Define and execute the overall D2C commercial strategy and monetization.
• Develop and drive the launch and growth strategy for the Philippines market.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives with cross-functional partners across marketing, product, data, and operations.
