Job summary

RAFI MICRO-FINANCE in the Philippines seeks a Vice President for Digital Operations to lead our digital growth strategy, drive expansion through digital channels and ecosystem partnerships, and advance financial inclusion.

You will oversee initiatives that boost customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and digital onboarding, collaborate with Technology, Risk, Credit, and Operations, and build a high-performing digital operations team at the executive level.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, IT, or related field.
• :10–15 years of progressive leadership in digital banking/fintech/financial services.
• :Minimum 5 years in senior leadership or executive role for digital growth/digital transformation.
• :Proven track record delivering growth through digital channels and partnerships.
• :Experience developing ecosystem partnerships with fintechs, payment providers, e-wallets, telcos, platforms.
• :Experience launching or scaling digital products/embedded finance initiatives.
• :Strong background in customer acquisition, portfolio growth, channel expansion, and revenue generation.
• :Experience leading cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Risk, Product, Marketing, and Business Development.
• :MBA or Master's in related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute RAFI MFI's digital growth and expansion strategy.
• Identify and launch new revenue streams through digital financial services, embedded finance, and innovative business models.
• Drive growth through digital channels including mobile applications, online lending platforms, agent-assisted channels, and partner ecosystems.
• Establish and monitor growth targets, commercial KPIs, and business performance metrics.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with fintechs, e-wallet providers, telecommunications companies, cooperatives, financial institutions, e-commerce platforms, and other ecosystem players.
• Lead the development, optimization, and performance management of digital channels.
• Enhance customer journeys by improving digital onboarding, servicing, and engagement experiences.
• Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Credit, and Operations teams to strengthen digital lending capabilities.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing digital operations and growth team.
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team in shaping RAFI MFI's digital transformation agenda.
