Job summary

Allegro Microsystems Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned Cost Accounting Leader to head the team responsible for inventory valuation, product costing, fixed assets, and cost-control systems.

You will steer month-end close, ledger accuracy, and cost data integrity for the company’s manufacturing footprint. Collaborating with Finance leadership, you will optimize margins, drive automation and ERP improvements (Oracle upgrade), and ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance across Allegro's operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Accountancy required.
• CPA qualification is an advantage.
• At least 12 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic cost accounting initiatives.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory, fixed assets, and related month-end close.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and SOX controls across entities.
• Drive system implementations and process improvements in cost accounting.
• Provide executive insights on cost structures and margins.
• Mentor cost accounting leaders and build talent pipeline.
